Judy has 26 years experience in the commercial real estate industry. She started her real estate career with Gerald Hines Interests in 1982 working in the downtown and Galleria area. The first half of her career was primarily focused on property management, working for various building owners in the Houston area Judy’s experience in property management led her to explore all avenues of this industry and in 1992 she accepted the position of leasing representative for a private investor, leasing office, retail and industrial property. Her strong track record and vast experience in property management and leasing soon led her to accept her next role as President of Triyar Management of Texas, Inc. Her diverse background in the commercial real estate industry demonstrates her desire to succeed. She has the required leadership, management and organizational skills required to meet the high demands of this ever changing exciting field. Since joining S.E. Covington & Company she has had the opportunity to work with various clients from coffee shops such as Starbuck’s, to restaurants like Potbelly’s Sandwich Works, various law firms, physicians, insurance companies, and industrial clients.
